As a Gaming Account Manager you will oversee the relationships of some of the top partnered Design By Humans Gaming and Youtube influencers. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners to ensure their success on our websites. You will be knowledgeable enough to understand their community audience and suggest products and apparel that is on trend and represents their brand.
The Gaming Account Manager will provide and implement sales strategies to hit influencer goals and will do so with larger department and company goals in mind.
Duties/Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following)
- Effectively communicate via email, social networks, phone and any means necessary as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Drive value to your accounts by researching and understanding their community and suggesting on-trend, brand right apparel for their stores
- Work closely with product, art and graphics teams to prepare and launch stores and other assets for accounts
- Assist with the onboarding process of key accounts
- Educate store owners on art and apparel that will be the most profitable and assist them with developing higher converting items for their community
- Develop concepts with the art team and present product mockups to store owners for approval or modification
- Analyze, track and report to management on the progress of your accounts and any marketing campaigns
- Provide feedback to other departments to help shape influencer acquisition, the retainment process and overall business objectives
- Report and log technology related bugs or issues from store owners to the technical team
- Recruit influential contacts through email, video call, phone, and social media
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to grow the DBH community
- Use your network of accounts to generate warm leads
We’d like to meet you if:
- Minimum level of sales experience
- Proven understanding of the Internet, Ecommerce, and competitive landscape
- Knowledge of sales channels, lead generation a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to propose plans and results to ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, advertising, or marketing preferred
- Understanding the gaming landscape and influencer spaces is a plus
