Tracking numbers for packages are emailed when the package has been picked up by the courier service selected during checkout. Tracking numbers will not show activity until after the carrier service scans the package at pickup and that data is uploaded to their tracking system. If you did not receive your email containing your tracking number or if you have lost that email you can use the Order Status feature via the link above.
You will need to provide at least two of the three required fields which are:
Order Number
Billing Email
Billing Zip
If your package has already been shipped and you made your purchase using your Design By Humans account you can also locate your tracking number in the "Orders" section of your Design By Humans account.
If you checked out as a guest, please use the Order Status feature or email [email protected] with your Order # and we'll get your tracking information to you as soon as we can.
