Design By Himans is excited to present it's newest DBH Music Series contest partner! Fresh off their American Idol performance with Adam Lambert, let's welcome KISS!
In case you're the only person on earth who has never heard of KISS, here's what you need to know:
KISS invented stadium rock in the 70's with their sci-fi Kabuki costumes and make-up, explosive theatrics and, of course, their trademark platform boots. In their extensive world tours, they've attracted the most rabid fans: The KISS Army. The KISS legacy continues to grow, generation after generation, transcending age, race and culture. The unparalleled devotion and loyalty of the KISS Army is a striking testament to the band's unbreakable bond with its fans.
Now celebrating thirty-five years of rockin' the globe, KISS founders Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley along with longtime band members, guitarist, Tommy Thayer and drummer, Eric Singer, vow to bring the KISS Army the time honored KISS spectacular that has made their performances legendary.
The KISS Army is looking for a few good Humans to design art for the band's upcoming tour.

For this contest we will accept two types of submissions:
- Art based designs that do not contain any KISS logos or branding.
- Designs that contain the KISS logo as well as other KISS design elements. (Please refer to the style guide for acceptable KISS design elements).
Note: Submissions containing KISS design elements that are not found in the provided style guide will be rejected.
Winners will be chosen from both categories.

Submissions due by June 14, 2009 by Midnight (PDT).
