Design by Humans Presents HOPE for the Gulf

Over 150,000,000 gallons of oil have spilled into the Gulf of Mexico since April of this year, causing immense devastation to communities, wildlife, and businesses.

As the cleanup efforts continue and steps are taken to help put people's lives back together again, DBH is doing its part by teaming up with H.O.P.E., Helping Other People Everywhere, to bring awareness and financial support to the Gulf Coast region with a shirt designed by you.

DBH & HOPE will be donating a portion of the proceeds from the sales of the winning design to GulfFuture.org.

About Hope

HOPE was created in 2007 as a response to the humanitarian crisis in Darfur. Graphic designer Andi Scull and former US Marine Captain Brian Steidle joined forces in an effort to draw attention to the atrocities that Brian had witnessed first hand there. Together with prolific artist Shepard Fairy, they formed HOPE (Helping Other People Everywhere), a collaborative non profit that works directly with musicians, designers and artists to draw awareness to a wide range of world issues, from genocide to environmental crisis.

The HOPE (Helping Other People Everywhere) Campaign is a project of HOPE Events Inc. an energy conscious 501(c)3 non-profit focused on involving artists and their contributions in campaigns, programs and events to support existing social projects that promote education and peace around the world.
